General Information:
Canoe Race Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, linens and a 10x10 tent for your booth area. You may use the 10x10 space however you'd like within the parameters outlined below. Premium vendor spaces are available in the main round about at the park with an allotted 10 x 25 feet of display area.
Please make sure the tent is weighted as staking your tent at Baker Park strictly prohibited.
As a non-partisan, environmentally-conscious non-profit organization, the Conservancy of Southwest Florida requests participation from parties that share in the mission of land preservation, water quality and wildlife protection. We also invite community resource organization to participate.
The Canoe Races reserves the right to decline participation by any company, organization or individual at its sole discretion.
Exhibitors are encouraged to promote their participation in this event through social media and other avenues.
As is consistent with our mission, we kindly request all items used at your booth be eco-friendly. Please avoid single use plastics and instead opt for sustainable alternatives, such as compostable or reusable items. Amazon has a wide selection of products at reasonable prices. Let’s work together to make this event as environmentally conscious as possible.
Exhibitor applications are accepted, and booth locations are assigned on a first-come, first- served basis. Please be advised that booth space is limited and expected to fill quickly.
Completing this application does not guarantee a booth space at the event. Our team will review each application and respond as quickly as possible.
Load In/Parking:
Load in for exhibitors will begin at 5:30am on the day of the festival. All set up must be complete and vehicles moved to vendor parking by 7:30am for festival opening at 8:00am.
Diagrams of booth locations and designated parking areas will be sent via email in advance of the event for easy way-finding during set up. If you choose to park in our onsite vendor parking, your vehicle cannot be moved until the event concludes and you are given the all clear by our staff. No vehicles will be permitted to drive in or out of the loading ramp of Baker Park between 8:00am-2:30pm.
Load Out:
Once the event concludes and guest are off the property, we will begin exhibitor load out, expected to begin at approximately 3:00pm. A staff member will inform exhibitors when cars are permitted to move through the property. Please pack up all remaining items and materials while waiting for clearance to move vehicles. Limited shuttles will also run to and from the off-site parking area until 4:30pm.
Policies and Procedures:
All food vendors will comply with the tent and cooking requirements as outlined on this page
Exhibitor/Vendor booths will not have accessible power; generators are not permitted.
Single use plastics are prohibited (plastic bags, straws, utensils, cups, plates, etc)
Balloons, confetti and artificial flowers are prohibited.
Staples or nails are not permitted on tents.
As an outdoor event, it is dependent on the weather.
Take appropriate hot weather precautions:
Use sunscreen and bug spray.
Wear a hat and comfortable lightweight clothing and shoes.
Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
Recycle and dispose of trash properly.
Refrain from removing leaves, limbs, plants or flowers, insects or wildlife from the park. These living organisms are a source of education for visitors and protection for the environment.
Do not feed any wildlife you may encounter.
